I moved from the Bay Area to the Twin Cities in 1982. If I could have stayed just one more year I would have been able to enjoy the short-lived local children’s’ show called Just Kidding. Here is an excerpt from a 1983 episode where they visit the offices of Imagic to learn how they create video games.
Below are the links to an old PBS business program, showcasing Imagic when they were just getting off the ground. I little slice of life of the video game industry, just before the mid-80s video game crash. You get a sense that this frenzy over video games in the early 80s was very similar to the dot com boom and bust.
